The Congregation of the Mission, a Catholic religious institution that hosts about 60 residents from across the country and beyond and offers accommodation, conference, and banqueting facilities, invites applications from qualified and dedicated individuals for two (2) kitchen positions as Cooks at Depaul Centre, Karen, Nairobi.

We seek disciplined, professional, and service-oriented candidates who can uphold high culinary and hygiene standards within a religious hospitality environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

i. Age – 25 years and above
ii. Diploma in Culinary Services from a reputable catering institution
iii. Valid Food Handler’s Certificate
iv. HACCP knowledge and management
v. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
vi. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
vii. Proven knowledge and experience in:
    • Breakfast service
    • Buffet service
    • A’ la carte service
    • Event and banqueting catering
viii. Good command of English and Kiswahili
ix. Certificate of Good Conduct
