This is a young parish started 4-yrs ago in the Western part of Kenya, Kakamega Diocese, and proximately close to St. Augustine Mabanga Seminary. The parish covers about 5Km square. The population here consists of poor farmers already disappointed with the collapse of the sugar-cane industry in Kenya. The parish serves two schools adjacent to the Parish Church. Recently the Western Province helped construct a borehole which has been helpful in supplying clean drinking water to the community including the school. The province has also assisted in constructing a new rectory for the priests working there. Currently, two priests are assigned in the apostolate.
